Definitions & Interpretations
The meanings of the following words and terms used in these Terms are described below:
"Platform" or "Site"
The website operated under the gc999.bar domain and all services and applications under it.
"User" or "Member"
Any person who has opened an account on the gc999 platform or is using its services.
"Account Balance"
The real money deposited in a member's account (excluding bonus funds) that may be withdrawn at any time, subject to conditions.
"Bonus Funds"
Funds added by gc999 as a promotional or welcome bonus, which cannot be withdrawn before the specified wagering requirements are met.
"Wagering Requirement" or "Rollover"
The minimum total betting amount that must be completed before bonus funds become eligible for withdrawal. Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 20 = ৳30,000 in bets must be completed.
"Services"
All games, betting facilities, live casino, slots, sports betting, and other entertainment services available on the gc999 platform.
Account Registration & Eligibility
The following eligibility requirements must be met before opening an account on the gc999 platform:

- Opening or operating an account in the name of a third party is prohibited.
KYC Verification
To ensure security and prevent fraud, gc999 reserves the right to verify members' identities ("KYC — Know Your Customer"). Withdrawals may be held until the verification process is complete. Members are required to submit the necessary documents in a timely manner.
Account Security & Responsibility
Ensuring the security of your account on the gc999 platform is the member's own responsibility. Please strictly follow the rules below:
- Keep your login credentials (username and password) completely confidential and never share them with any third party.
- Use a strong password and change it regularly.
- If you log in from a public or shared computer, log out at the end of the session.
- If you notice any unauthorized activity or suspicious transaction on your account, notify gc999 support immediately.
- You are fully responsible for all activities carried out from your account.
Deposits & Withdrawals
Deposits
The following payment methods can be used to make deposits on the gc999 platform: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (including Sonali Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and other major banks).
- Minimum deposit amount: ৳500 (for each method).
- Deposits are generally processed instantly.
- Deposits must be made from a method registered in the name of the account holder.
- Deposits through third parties are not accepted.
Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests are processed after verification by gc999. The following conditions apply for withdrawals:
- Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000.
- Standard withdrawal processing time: within 15 minutes to 2 hours.
- Withdrawals can only be made to the same method used for the deposit.
- Withdrawals may be delayed if KYC verification has not been completed.
- Wagering requirements must be fully met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
Transaction Cancellations & Refunds
Once a deposit has been made, it is generally non-refundable. If an incorrect deposit occurs due to a technical issue or error, contact gc999 support immediately. gc999 will take appropriate action subject to investigation.
Bonuses & Promotions
Welcome Bonus
New members at gc999 receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. The bonus is applied automatically.
- Example 1: Deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,500 bonus — total balance ৳2,500.
- Example 2: Deposit ৳28,000 or more and receive the maximum ৳20,000 bonus — total balance ৳48,000.
Wagering Requirements
Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds become eligible for withdrawal. Wagering is calculated based on the bonus amount only (not on deposit + bonus).
General Bonus Terms
- A member may receive the welcome bonus only once.
- If evidence of bonus abuse or fraud is found, the bonus will be cancelled.
- If a bonus has an expiry date, the wagering requirements must be met within the specified time.
- Attempting to claim bonuses from multiple accounts will result in the cancellation of all associated accounts.
- gc999 reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion.
Gaming Rules & Fair Play
The following rules apply to all members regarding all games, slots, live casino, and sports betting conducted on the gc999 platform:
Random Number Generator (RNG)
In all digital games on gc999, every outcome is determined in a completely random and independent manner through a certified RNG system. No previous result affects any subsequent result.
Finality of Game Results
Results obtained after a game ends are considered final. In the event of a technical error or disconnection, results will be determined according to gc999 server logs. If a member loses connection mid-game, the game will be completed as normal on the server side and the result will be recorded accordingly.
Software Usage Terms
- The use of any bots, automated software, scripts, or systems on the gc999 platform is prohibited.
- Intentionally exploiting any software bug or glitch on the platform is prohibited. If any such bug is found, support must be notified immediately.
- Any attempt to manipulate or influence game results will result in immediate account cancellation.
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the gc999 platform. Violating these rules will result in immediate account closure and all funds may be forfeited:
- Playing games or managing an account on behalf of a minor.
- Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
- Using the platform for money laundering or to conceal the source of illegal funds.
- Coordinated activity to manipulate game results ("collusion").
- Attempting to hack or breach the platform's security systems.
- Playing games or placing bets through automated bots.
- Applying risk-free betting methods in the name of meeting bonus requirements ("bonus abuse").
- Using gc999-owned software, content, or brand materials without permission.
Account Suspension & Closure
Account Closure by gc999
gc999 reserves the right to suspend or close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:
- In case of a violation of any clause of these Terms.
- If fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected.
- If verification is required for security reasons and the member does not cooperate in a timely manner.
- Due to a court order or legal obligation.
Account Closure by the Member
Any member may voluntarily close their account by requesting gc999 support. Any remaining valid balance can be withdrawn before the account is closed, subject to conditions. A self-exclusion option is also available as part of responsible gaming.
Inactive Accounts
gc999 may apply a minimal maintenance fee to accounts that remain inactive for an extended period. Members will be notified in advance.
Limitation of Liability
gc999 makes every effort to provide a safe and reliable service. However, gc999's liability is limited in the following circumstances:
- Losses caused by internet disconnection or third-party technical failures.
- Temporary service interruptions due to unexpected server outages or maintenance activities.
- Issues related to the member's own device or network.
- Any losses resulting from incorrect information provided by the member.
- External causes beyond gc999's control (force majeure).
Responsible Gaming
