Bonuses & Offers
At gc999, the wagering requirement is calculated only on the bonus amount — not on the deposited amount. For example, if you deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,500 bonus, your wagering requirement will be ৳1,500 × 20 = ৳30,000. Once you have wagered that amount, you can withdraw your bonus winnings.
After creating a new account, a 150% welcome bonus is automatically credited on your first deposit. The maximum bonus is up to ৳20,000. Example: deposit ৳1,000 and get a ৳1,500 bonus — total balance ৳2,500. No separate code is needed; the bonus is added to your account immediately after the deposit.
Yes, bonuses have an expiry period. If the wagering requirement is not met within the specified time, the bonus may be automatically cancelled. It is a good idea to start playing as soon as possible after claiming a bonus and to stay active on your account. Contact us via live chat for details on specific expiry periods.
No. The welcome bonus is available only once per account — at the time of the first deposit. If the same person attempts to claim the bonus by opening multiple accounts, gc999 reserves the right to close those accounts. Please use a single account and follow the rules.
A deposit of ৳28,000 would normally give a 150% bonus of ৳42,000 — but because the maximum limit is ৳20,000, you will receive a ৳20,000 bonus. Your total balance will be ৳48,000. Regardless of the deposit amount, the maximum bonus never exceeds ৳20,000.
How to Deposit
gc999 currently supports four payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer (such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, BRAC Bank). The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 for any method. Mobile banking is the fastest option.
After logging in, go to the Cashier or Deposit page. Select Nagad as your payment method. Enter the amount (minimum ৳500) and send money from your Nagad app to the provided number. Submit the transaction ID — once verified, the balance will be added to your account automatically.
In most cases deposits are credited within a few minutes. If there is a delay, first collect your transaction ID and screenshot. Then contact gc999's 24/7 live chat or email [email protected]. With proof in hand, the issue is usually resolved quickly.
gc999 does not charge any processing fee on deposits. However, your mobile banking service (such as bKash or Rocket) may apply its own send-money charge — that depends on your service provider's policy. Check your app's fee chart before making a deposit.
The minimum withdrawal at gc999 is ৳1,000. Withdrawals generally take between 15 minutes and 2 hours to complete. bKash, Nagad, or Rocket are usually the fastest options. Bank transfers may take a bit longer.
Slot Games
Yes, many slot games have a demo mode where you can play for free using virtual coins. This makes it easy to understand the game's features, paylines, and bonus rounds. However, winnings in demo mode cannot be withdrawn — you need to play in real-money mode to win actual prizes.
Free spins are generally available in two ways. First, when specific scatter symbols land on the reels together, the game itself triggers free spins. Second, gc999 occasionally offers free spins on selected games as a promotion — these are added directly to your account.
Players with a small budget should choose low-bet slots — you can play for longer that way. Those aiming for bigger prizes can try progressive jackpot slots, though the risk is higher. The best approach is to get familiar with the game in demo mode first, then set your bet size to match your budget.
Volatility is the balance between risk and reward in a slot game. High-volatility slots pay out less often, but the prizes are larger when you do win. Low-volatility slots deliver smaller wins more frequently. Which is better depends on your patience and budget.
In a progressive jackpot slot, a small portion of every bet is added to a central prize pool. The more people play, the larger the prize grows. When a lucky player hits the right combination, they win the entire pool and it resets back to zero.
